Policies

* Please contact me with your page count and due date before sending transcripts, so I can confirm my availability. My mild-mannered alter ego sometimes needs a heads-up.

* Transcripts submitted should be the final draft and as turn-in ready as possible. My superpowers work better with clean transcripts.

* When completed, transcripts will be returned to you in PDF format. Corrections will be marked in red and yellow.

*Invoices are sent on the 1st and 15th of each month and are due within 30 days. If the 1st or 15th is on a weekend, invoices will go out the following Monday. New clients are billed immediately after the completed job is sent back. Payment from new clients is due within 15 days.
